Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Please email us immediately at Newsletter@SelfHelpPlanner.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you. If it has already shipped, you may need to contact your local postal service.
Digital Products
Q: How do I access my digital downloads?
A: After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime through the order confirmation page.
Q: Can I print the digital planner/workbooks?
A: Yes! You can print them at home, at a local print shop, or use them digitally on apps like Goodnotes or Notability.

Q: What if I don’t like the planner or don’t see results?
A: We believe in our products so much that we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. All we ask is that you use the planner for at least 2 weeks. If you don’t see any benefit or simply don’t love it, email us proof of use and we’ll refund your money—yes, even on digital products!
